12-Week Transformation Contest Begins

Yes, I survived my first sky diving experience at 16,000 feet with my buddy Mike Geary and have it all on DVD - hopefully I can post the video of the jump too.

As promised on Friday, I am running my 1st ever 12-week No Nonsense Transformation Contest - and will be giving away cold hard cash in the following categories:

Best Male Skinny Guy Transformation:
1st place - $1,000

Best Male Chubby Guy Transformation:
1st place - $1,000

Best Overall Female Transformation:
1st place - $1,000

You're training to either get super muscular or to get super lean so you might as well bring your training to life the next 10-weeks and tell all your friends and family you just entered Vince DelMonte's No Nonsense Transformation Contest!

There a number of reasons you should enter:

1. You have a DEADLINE. Goals without deadlines are dreams!

2. In 12 weeks you can gain around 5-10 pounds of lean muscle mass or you can lose 12-36 pounds of ugly fat.

3. You will have a set of before and after pictures that you can show off forever.

4. You will, finally, be 12 weeks closer to your goals instead of 12 weeks further from your goals.

5. Your motivation will be sky high and your quest for a new body and a new life will be capturing serious momentum.

And, you'll be competing against a few hundred other contestants with the same goals and ambition. My advice to you? Train with NO REGRETS!

Here are the rules:

1) You must be using either my No Nonsense Muscle Building or No Nonsense Fat Loss program and be using my workouts for your results.

2) You must mail me your before pictures with a newspaper for date verification. Also send me a casual before picture without a newspaper (you'll be surprised how many people will think that your before and after pictures are fake). Send to vincedelmontefitness@yahoo.ca with the subject line: My before pictures

3) The transformation contest begins now and ends November 9,2008. That means you can start today or you can wait and start in 2 weeks but I hope you start this week.

4) You must keep a training journal that tracks your measurement progress, body fat percentage, weight, strength and endurance. This is not all necessary but the more progress you record the better.

5) Your after pictures must be taken 12-weeks with a newspaper for proof of date plus a few candid after photos of your choice.

6) The judging will be determined you and thousands of others.

7) In addition to providing Before and After photos, you must write a 300 word essay that summarizes your success story.

This is Naveen. I am just gonna start my UDT.That will consume 4weeks of the available 12 weeks. So i now got only 8weeks to bulk up and transform my body for the contest. So What do i do???

Good idea but should I do the UTD after the 12 weeks? Anyway I will miss the first few days because I have come back from Italy with a bad stomach problem :(.

Í am prepairing myself to start the peogram for women, not only for your contest but that will give me an extra kick in the but.
What weight should I start out with? I could say I am a beginner.
Please give me a hint I´m thinking of doing most of the exercises at home.

Experiment with the weights... only you can determine this. You can figure this out by starting light and focusing on failing during the pre determined rep ranges.

You can UDT at the end of your 12 weeks.

vince to start 12 week of program from where should i start .. tell me in order...should i go for 3 day metabolic boost with off day with abdominal workout on off fay.. for how many weeks i should do all that n after tat 4 day boost n 5 days.. n wat abt weight training workout.. when should do tat.. do let me know
